Biography
Breanne Patton brings over a decade of experience in complex litigation and compliance to Goss Law Group. Her practice spans business litigation, energy and natural resources, land use and real estate development, and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented clients in contract negotiations, before municipal boards, in various courts and in arbitrations. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), lending strength to the firm's robust trade secret practice.
Breanne previously practiced at a respected business law firm focusing on business disputes and regulatory matters and assisting energy, utility, communications, and government clients in acquiring rights for infrastructure projects throughout Michigan. Earlier in her career, she practiced at a large Midwestern law firm and served as a consultant managing legal teams and advising banking institutions on complex securities and regulatory compliance matters.
Admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2011, Breanne was named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2023–2024 for Land Use/Zoning and Business Litigation, and was named to Best Lawyers’ Ones to Watch for 2021-2024 for Commercial Litigation.
